Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
- Dip each chicken piece into the flour, shaking off any excess.
- Coat the chicken in the egg mixture, then press into the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken pieces evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle or lightly brush the chicken with olive oil for crispiness.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Let rest for 2 minutes, then serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs and add a sprinkle of parmesan-style cheese to the coating.
