Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast without slicing all the way through.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped asparagus and sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix the asparagus mixture with cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Stuff each chicken breast evenly with the asparagus mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving or swap mozzarella for provolone cheese.
