- Add all ingredients – cottage cheese, frozen peaches, milk, optional honey/maple syrup, and optional vanilla extract – into a high-speed blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If necessary, stop the blender and scrape down the sides with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
- If the smoothie is too thick for your preference, add an additional splash of milk (1-2 tablespoons at a time) and blend again until desired consistency is reached. For a colder or thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and re-blend.
- Pour the BKFT Cottage Cheese Peach Smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately to enjoy its refreshing taste and smooth texture.
Notes
For a sweeter smoothie, increase the amount of honey or maple syrup to your liking. To add more fiber, consider blending in a tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds. For a different flavor profile, try adding a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom.
