Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and ranch dressing. Mix until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the filling.
Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a tight log, pinching the edges to seal.
Transfer to the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down, and brush with the beaten egg.
Make several small slits on top with a knife to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra ranch on the side.
