  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup turkey bacon cooked and chopped, pork-free
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg beaten, for brushing
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and ranch dressing. Mix until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the filling.
  6. Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a tight log, pinching the edges to seal.
  7. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down, and brush with the beaten egg.
  8. Make several small slits on top with a knife to allow steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.
  10. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra ranch on the side.
