- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, powdered sugar, and butter until a soft dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Whisk eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the warm crust.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until the filling is set.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares.
