- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer.
- Sprinkle strawberries, blueberries, granola, dark chocolate chips, and chia seeds evenly over the yogurt.
- Gently press the toppings into the yogurt so they adhere once frozen.
- Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
- Remove from the freezer, break into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
