Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberries fresh, sliced
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer.
  4. Sprinkle strawberries, blueberries, granola, dark chocolate chips, and chia seeds evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt so they adhere once frozen.
  6. Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
  7. Remove from the freezer, break into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
