  • 1 cup Spinach packed
  • 1/2 cup Kale packed, stems removed
Sweetness & Immune Support
  • 1 medium Banana frozen, peeled
  • 1/2 cup Mango frozen chunks
  • 1/2 medium Orange peeled, deseeded
  • 1/2 inch Fresh Ginger peeled, grated or roughly chopped
Liquid & Boosters
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or water, coconut water
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Spirulina Powder optional, for extra nutrients
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder for anti-inflammatory benefits
  • 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup optional, to taste

Equipment

  • High-Speed Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method

Combine Ingredients
  1. Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender: spinach, kale, frozen banana, frozen mango, orange, fresh ginger, unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, spirulina powder (if using), turmeric powder, and optional honey or maple syrup.
Blend Until Smooth
  1. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk (1-2 tablespoons at a time) and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
Serve Immediately
  1. Pour the Immune Booster Sweet Green Smoothie into a glass and serve immediately for the best taste and nutrient absorption.

Notes

For an extra boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder. You can adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your preferred consistency. If you don't have frozen fruit, use fresh fruit and add 1/2 cup of ice to make it cold. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
