Combine Ingredients
- Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender: spinach, kale, frozen banana, frozen mango, orange, fresh ginger, unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, spirulina powder (if using), turmeric powder, and optional honey or maple syrup.
Blend Until Smooth
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk (1-2 tablespoons at a time) and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
Serve Immediately
- Pour the Immune Booster Sweet Green Smoothie into a glass and serve immediately for the best taste and nutrient absorption.
Notes
For an extra boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder. You can adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your preferred consistency. If you don't have frozen fruit, use fresh fruit and add 1/2 cup of ice to make it cold. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
