- Add the frozen mango cubes, frozen strawberries, ripe banana, plain Greek yogurt, and orange juice to your blender. If using, add honey or maple syrup and ice cubes now.
- Secure the lid on your blender. Start blending on a low speed, gradually increasing to high, until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more orange juice (or milk/water) and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend briefly to incorporate.
- Pour the Mango Strawberry Sunshine Smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice or a small mango cube if desired.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of liquid or add more frozen fruit/ice. For a thinner consistency, add more liquid. You can also add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost. Spinach or kale can be added for a nutrient boost without significantly altering the flavor.
