- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook ground turkey until browned.
- Add onion and garlic and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
- Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, basil, and chili flakes.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10–12 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream until sauce is creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan, garnish, and serve.
Notes
This pasta reheats well and can be customized with spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini for extra vegetables.
