- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the sautéed onion mixture and fresh herbs. Mix gently until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until fully cooked and lightly browned on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad for a complete and healthy meal.
